North Korea and South Korea. Not really your Tim-the-toolman and Wilson type of neighbourly relationship to say the least. On top of this, a remote US military base is poised right on the border. For the soldiers stationed there, there is a golf course that overlooks the DMZ. Basically no-mans land.
