Things have gotten so bad in the border city of Ciudad Juarez that local business groups are appealing to their government to prepare a proposal that could have an Int’l peacekeeping force to set-up shop. Crazy fact: the city has about 1.5 million people… and had a yearly total of 1,986 murders in October. That’s about 7 homicides a day.
